Re: Lease Notification
Dear Sylvia,
Please accept this letter as official notification that B&B ARMR Corporation's last day of residence at Intelligent Office in Fairfax, VA will be November 30th, 2010. If permissible, please credit our security deposit towards our balance due on November 2010.
On B&B ARMR’s behalf, I would also like to express our sincerest gratitude to yourself and your entire staff. You and your staff were recognized as delivering superior customer service to our organization’s clients, vendors, and principles. Each incoming call was handled with the utmost care and professionalism, and every day at the office was a pleasure when dealing with you and your staff. I am sorry that we have to part ways this soon but rest assured that we will continue to recommend the Fairfax branch of Intelligent Office and will definitely consider your services in the future should circumstances once again necessitate and allow for the use of your facility.

When I founded CIO Partner in January 2009, I wanted a great place for my business partner and I to work and a professional image for my new company.
